Acting - A tough job

Acting is what i felt tough when compared to singing. I am a good singer. I used to perform on stage. So no stage fear like facts had affected me. But acting had made me stand upside down to bring it on the right way. Expressions, Dialogues & body languages, all should come at the same time.

I got a chance to act in a tele serial when i was on 8th std. At that time i thought acing was really easy. But my role had a easy job, because i had less dialogues. Just stand with the elders of the serial, since i was acting as their children.
That was my role. But whenever i started telling a dialogue, the director start shouting "CUT".
Everytime when i hear these words i was getting more tensed. Lights On, Camera Rolling, Action....

I thought directing was a easy job. And  camera too..

But now, at present, i could realize that acting, directing, camera, etc has its own difficulty. You should capture it with your hard work.It is really hard and needs a great practice and hard work to implement it well.
I went for many auditions of films. I used to act well there, but i could understand very lately that i was not selected because i had no expressions on my face.
Everytime when i feel that i don't know acting two films come to my mind motivating me to try acting again. Those two films are "Udayananu Tharam" & "Best Actor".

Some dialogues in the movie are really made for people like me. And i am still continuing my pursuit behind acting.
Hope 1 day i will become a good one in the film field.

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY

Today INDIA is celebrating its 65th Independence day.

We Indians see many injustice like corruption and terrorrism. And we see our police force not doing their job properly.

But today it was a day of rewriting the concepts of Police force. The bad conditions of road was a curse for Poojappura residents. (Poojappura is in Trivandrum,Kerala). No government officials had utilised their position for public. Neither the trivandrum corporation.

Today on Independence Day the Police force of Poojappura Station had motivated and inspired the public by doing a great work. The police had made the road temporarily in good condition. Police were complemented by public. The work was a real reply to lazy & irresponsible government and corporation.
Even though Police are not doing their duty well enough this duty has captured the hearts of public.

This must be motivation for everyone in our republic INDIA.
Those who have the power, they have to do their responsibility.

Jai Hind....

A day @ Police station

Last week i had an opportunity to visit the police station with my friend. I went to accompany him.
We were waiting outside the building. I was getting bored, cos nothing was happening in police station. it was just like a crowded government office.

Suddenly a police jeep came inside the compound. Shoutings by a man was heard from the jeep. All eyes aimed that jeep. It was a drunken man. He was caught by police and was brought to station. He got many punches on his face from the constable. He started removing his clothes and threw it outside the jeep. It was a trick and he said to police that he can't exit without dress. Policemen took the dress and gave it to him and he continued throwing it out. Finally he dressed up and exit the vehicle. Police constables told him to enter the station which was strongly refused by him... Constables pushed him, pulled him, nothing worked. He was shouting " *Enikku police stationil kerenda oru aavashyavum illa.". After sometime Sub Inspector came from his room and stood at the corridor, stared at him and screwing his mustache, he said " KEREDA**". His sound was really superb bold and strong. The drunken man entered the building, and wished the sub inspector and got inside silently.

Even if all the people standing outside were tensed about their problems, they didn't hide their laughter at that moment. I could really remember that scene which was a really superb one, which shows the power of a policeman.

*- I don't want to enter a police station
** - Get in

Nostalgia

I joined B.Tech in the year 2005 June and since then i haven't cleaned my room, but last week i did it.
4 years of my college life passed through my mind through out at the time of cleaning.

I started with my class notes. 1st year books were right there. All completed notes, completed assignments and all. After that i could see the blank pages and scribbled pages in other semester notes. I saw an assignment marked "Late Submission". A lot of spiral bindings and stick files was there to sort. There were duplicates notes, i mean the borrowed notes from my friends to study for supplementary exams. Rough records, Fair records, Mini Project, Major project reports, seminar reports, photostat copies of reports, notes etc was in a bulk which took me some time to sort.

There were lyrics of songs which i hear through radio stations. Romantic songs, melodies, and also sad songs during the final year time. Many creative drawings and writings which was made just a day before yesterday since the creative works awake only at that time.

And finally i could find my 3 bags out there with special colors which i used each year.  That day i was caught by these nostalgic feeling and i spend that day hearing those favorite songs.

Vice City to Angry Birds...

There are some games which makes our mind filled with each and every level of the game. Let it be a small one or a huge one. Everyone has their own interest. And i had interest on two of the games, "Vice City" & "Angry Birds".

Vicecity was introduced to me by my best friend during my +2 days. It was 2nd term exam time. After failing for both physics and chemistry in the 1st term exam, we both were advised by the class teacher and parents to score high for 2nd term exam for physics and chemistry. Even though physics was a little tough, we didn't loose our hope for making chemistry exam easier. Chemistry exam was on Monday. We had two days study leave for that. On Saturday, my parents were out of station. I called my friend and reported that my parents were not home. He had guests at  his home, so he jumped out off the house by telling that he couldn't get concentration and came to my home for studying. We spent 1 hour by talking about all the other matters and came back to studies with great seriousness. My friend opened his text book and started studying. I asked his notebook for me to refer. When i opened his book, I saw a disc inside his book. It was Vice City game cd. My twin too was there with us for studying. We asked my friend to install it in my computer and my twin wants him to teach the game controls etc.The game was really interesting that we couldn't study anything on that day. Next day three of us should have studied... But we said that we studied last day and enjoyed that full day with family... Next day, chemistry exam. Any doubt?? Sure.. We all failed.

After along time, I went to my friend's home for teaching his younger brother. He showed me a new game "Angry Birds". The game which is popular through iphones. Again i went back another game. But on that day studies were not affected by the game. I was thinking those happy days of Vice City time. Even though many games came to my life between Vice city and Angry Birds, these two were really special because it was given by someone special, my friend.

Interviews i hated the most...

I had attended a lot of interviews during the hunt for jobs and still continuing. In those i had three bad experiences which i hated the most.  Let me share those experiences here.
First of all let me thank all the other interviewers for having a friendly and good smiling chat with me for a little time, even though they didn't give me a job.

Now let me start the first experience. I went to a company referred by my dad's friend. The interviewer looked so dull and tensed with the office work that day. And he started asking me questions. I replied for some, and some i didn't. After the continuous, let me say interrogation, he said, u don't know these questions.. Why? And started telling many things.... I used to open my both ears at such incidents, so that i couldn't get hurt by his words. That too i don't remember it..  After exiting the room decently, i called my best friend and started calling bad words which was purely dedicated for the interviewer. Thank God for the control inside the room.

Secondly i went to another office. I was the only person to attend the interview there. I was sitting inside the waiting room. A man came and asked me for my bio data. I gave a copy of that to him. When i was near to him i  sensed a great smell of alcohol. When i entered the room he was the interviewer. His eyes were red and had falling eye lids. His tongue was slipping when each word was spelled. And on every question a breeze of alcohol smell combined with room freshener smell reached me. He was fully floating... Filled with alcohol. Drunken interviewer. He asked me many questions about computer science and i answered them all. After all the questions, he said that all my answers were wrong. I was damn confident with my answers because i was sure that i am right. He finally told me to study computer science a lot more. Thank God, he didn't vomit in front of me.

Third and last was with a electrical company. They had the contract of configuring routers. So i was ready to join. During interview interviewer asked me to draw the figure by giving a question. I have done it correctly.. He was happy to see that. He asked why i was having low marks in engineering when compared with sslc exam... without waiting for my reply he started. You just wasted your parent's money in 4 years. I was thinking, why he was bothered about that. My parent's love spending money for me. I was sure that he was not an engineer. Then came the next statement. You should not be given any money or food by your parents. You should earn yourself for that. I was thinking, no parents would do that. And i was ready for getting employed and that stupid was not in correct level i hope. He may have forgot for what purpose i was there for. Anyway after all he gave me his card. I looked at it and saw his qualification as B.Sc. My prediction was right. I told him that i don't need this job when he called me upon phone on the next day. Thank God i had control again.

There are more interviews to come. Both Good and bad.. Waiting continues.

Thank GOD

A reply for all... (Continuation of previous post)

The news which was telecasted by asianet news a few days after the previous post in this blog " Crores for Cricketers & Salute for Soldiers"...
In that post i have mentioned there are no public toilets in any states of India.( 5th paragraph 3rd line)
I got both good and bad comments for this post. Here is the reply for all comments especially who supported giving crores to cricketers...
And here it is, the result of not having a public toilet...
Watch it.. You will be really shocked.
After watching this you think whether your taxes must be given to cricketers or must be used for public benefits.

Crores For Cricketers, Salute for Soldiers !!!

After 1983, team India won the Cricket World Cup 2011. All the team members, non players, selection committee were congratulated with raining rewards.

Since 1947 India is secured by the brave soldiers in the country who sacrifice their life for the whole nation. All the soldiers were congratulated with Indian flag covering their coffins and a last salute by great officials and good patriotic words from PM, CM & president about the dead soldiers.

Cricket players have break after each 6 balls with refreshments.
Cricket players have another income through advertisements.
If soldiers take a break, it will end with his death.

BCCI itself offered 1 crore rupees each for all team members.
State Governments of corresponding players offered another crore.

From where do these crores come from? Its all our tax. Do you pay tax to reward players??
How many states in INDIA have public toilets??
Prices of goods go high.
How many government hospitals are fully functioning?
How many roads and footpaths are so good for use?

Karnataka State Government offers land for each player to build their house.
Do each and every person in Karnataka have a shelter to rest?
What about poor people? Government has to take care of them.

There are a lot of people affected by Tsunami in 2006. Are all those affected people safe now?

Cricket is a sport. Don't make cricket a ground of money flow.
How many players in the team will play for the country? And how many will play for money?
The next generation players will play aiming at these rewards rather than play for country's pride in sports.

There are many things to be done by Government. I pointed only a percentage of that.

The media should go on a big deal on this topic and bring out the facts.

Theories behind Cricket World Cup 2011, India

2011 Cricket World Cup held in India, Bangladesh & Srilanka was won by team India, The second time win under Mahendra Singh Dhoni's captaincy fulfilling Sachin Tendulkar's dream after a long time.

After waiting 28 years India won the World Cup 2011 after 1983. There were many theories behind Indian Victory. Here are some of them.

1. Epic Theory
One of the theory was based upon an epic "Ramayana"
In Ramayana, Rama married Sita. . When Rama was spending 14 years in forest fulfilling his mother's wish Sita was kidnapped by Cruel King Raavan of Lanka. After 14 years Rama and Raavan had a great fight and Rama killed Raavan and got Sita back.

India(Rama)  Sita (World Cup)  Raavan (Srilanka)

India won World cup in 1983. Was taken by Srilanka in the year 1996. After 14 years, in 2011 India fighting with Srilanka in the final India got the cup back.

Another theory was
2. The SPIN Theory:

Spinners played an important role through out the tournament. "SPIN"
S- Srilanka
P - Pakistan
I - India
N - New Zealand

In this, Srilanka Vs New Zealand was 1st Semi Final.
India Vs Australia in 2nd semi final.

In the word SPIN , "I" is the only letter which is vowel. So I - India wins.

3. The RAJANIKANTH theory

No doubt in India's victory in World Cup 2011.
No other team is as strong as INDIA.
VirendRa Sewag
TendulkAr
YuvraJ
GautAm
S RaiNa
DhonI
Virat Kohli
HarbhAjan
Z KhaN
M PaTel
R AsHwin

4. TIE to TITLE (An experienced theory)

In a tournament, if captain Dhoni's team face a tie in any of the match. The Cup will be won by Dhoni's team.

Dhoni as captain of team India won the 20-20 world cup. In that tournament Indai Vs Pakistan match was a tie.
As the captain of Chennai Super Kings(CSK), the IPL was won by CSK after having a tie match with Punjab kings XI.
In champions league T20 also CSK won the cup. Tournament again included a tie match.

In 2011 Cricket World Cup chasing India's total of 338, England scored 338 to make the match tie.
India won the World Cup 2011.

Superb theories, Superb World Cup 2011.
Superb Champions Team INDIA. With Superb captain MS Dhoni.

A little time with the poor children...

Today noon I had spend around an hour with the poor children of  "SMSS HINDU MAHILA MANDIRAM (For the welfare of destitute and Orphan Girls)".  They were given a good sadhya (meals) with ada payasam. There were 6 staffs looking after these 110 children which includes 18 kids. And one head mistress who leads them. I was amazed to see many biggie cash teams like many banks and other companies as the donors of this orphanage.

I was taken to the dining hall of those children. I wished to serve them the food. But i was taken to the room only after serving the food. But for my happiness, as i wished, God gave me a chance to serve the bananas   which was included with sadhya for ada payasam. After a minute all the children came to the room and took their places. They had a 10 seconds prayer before having their food. I was amazed to see the children praying before taking food. Most of us dont pray to God before taking food. Including me. I sat down with the children and i also had the lunch with them. It was really hot inside the dining room. I was fully sweating when i was eating. That was the only difficulty. The food was very homely. I am very happy to know that they serve good homely food. I was thinking about the difficulty of those children who takes food 3 times a day in that heat filled room. The hall has 2 fans at centre which will never breeze at the corners.

It was a wonderful time spending with them. Their smiles after taking a good sadhya filled my heart. I enquired many things to one of the staff. I was surprised to know that those children were not given any non vegetarian items till then. When i enquired more about it, they said they were not given any non veg items. If someone from outside donate non veg items they move the non veg items completely and serve with veggies.
Most of the children now in the city wont swallow the food without non veg dishes. But the children here will do.

After all the children had taken their food they left the room. Some students were having SSLC exams. Kids were playing around there. The staffs were ready to have their lunch after children's lunch.
I thanked every staffs for serving the food. And i also complimented about the lunch to the head mistress.

I don't know how many people will read this post in my blog. Whoever reads, have a heart to help these poor children with your small donations. You can also visit here between 8.30am - 5.30pm.

"Who said these children are orphans when there are many donors in the world. All they have to do is just Donate"

Here is the address of the orphanage
