Girls with Knowledge & Boys with confidence !!

This is something interesting what i have noticed with my students. From my past 2 year experience in teaching, and 4 year engineering, i have noticed this interesting fact among boys and girls.

Boys are lazier than girls. Girls are hard working. But the problem is that the grasping power of girls is less than that of boys. And boys have a high grasping power, but no efficient trainers are available to train them. Girls learn themselves through their continuous reading.

Girls have knowledge about the topic, but they are not enough confident to bring it out.
Even though boys know only a little about the topic, they have huge confidence.
So during exams if a boy gets a single word from his friend, they could write a lot about the matter they know about the topic. But girls need the same sentence they trained themselves to satisfy their answers.

What i noticed in my class was, a topic was taught to boy and a girl. Boy was lazy when i was teaching. He understood something.
But the girl asked doubts and cleared it and she was ready to work out the question. But when they started answering, girl was confirming each step with me before proceeding. But the boy was confirming it after finishing.

This is not about just one boy and girl. But i was observing this fact with many,but not all.

Finally, after attending their university exams ,
Girls are tensed even if they write their exams very well. They will pass the exams. But before the results, they are tensed and i should cool their by saying that they will pass..
But boys will directly say, " Sir, I ll get marks to pass, thats enough". They will pass.
Hmm.. What should i say?? Anything?? No . Just Good..
