My Tips for your Interview

Many of my friends failed in interview after passing written test and Group Discussions. So here are a few tips from me which i learned from my experience. These tips may help you...

1. Appearance is the first thing noticed by every single person. Appearance in you is better than appearance in your Resume.

2. Wish every person in the judging panel.

3. Be strong while you reply to the interviewer. Understand that strong talking in an interview is not a criminal offense.

4. Your answers must be clear and complete.

5. Be thorough in your technical knowledge. Know something about the company in which you are attending the interview.

6. Be fluent in your language.

7. Always start answering with a smile.

8. Don't keep your files on the desk, keep it in your lap.

9. Be confident while you talk.

10. Look at the interviewers face and talk. Look gently don't stare.

From entering into the room till exiting the room you should smile. Just a gentle pleasant smile.

Enthaa Siree....

                                     ":Enthaa Siree..."  The first dialogue of vijay in his latest movie VETTAIKARAN.

The movie vettaikaran gave a real treat to all vijay fans. This time his fans were not upset with his movie. Vijay had a grat come back through this movie after some bad time through his past films. I wondered on the release day that i could see more fans and more flux from different Fans Association &Welfare units and the count was a lot more than that of the movie release of  the malayalam superstars MOHANLAL & MAMMOOTTY.  After some day mohanlal has indirectly accepted the fall of his movie in front of vettaikaran in a press conference. And finally Vijay came to trivandrum to see his fans. As the movie was having the same style of vijay included in it, it didnt bore the audience. I am a fan of  Vijay and its a pleasure watching this movie in NEW THEATER  with 70mm screen and superb DOLBY DIGITAL sound effects.  I watched the movie 4 times and still i would like to see it. Contains Super Songs. And another special thing is in the introduction song of this movie Vijay has introduced his son too.

Lighted up my mind!!

A few days back i met a person. He was a dictionary seller, he was good in marketing is what i felt. He came to my house on one evening and asked my details and i said i have completed B.Tech. He told me he also has completed his B.Tech. Suddenly my grand mother asked him, " Completed B.Tech and doing this job??? Dont you get any other job??" He replied that no matter whatever the job is, do whatever it is with full willing mind, you can get success in it.
  At first i thought it just as a marketing technique being sentimental by telling completed B.Tech and doing this job. After sometime when i thought about it, i felt like what he was telling was true even if it was a marketing technique. Just think like this you can also be successful in your life.

Dhirubhai Ambani was named the Indian Entrepreneur of the 20th Century by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).

See what an Achievement it is??? Did he get it from his degree qualification?? NO.
Fully dedicated mind to the job he was doing... And his hard work.....

1st DECEMBER - World AIDS Day

Today World Aids Day.
Making people aware of the disease AIDS and the virus HIV.

Here i give awareness from my part to the whole world.

Use Condom,  Prevent HIV, Be Secured.
If you feel shame asking how to use it. Search it in www.youtube.com with topic search "How to use condom? "

Never use contraceptive pill. That will only prevent pregnancy, not HIV. And that too with side effects.

There are two options.
Male can use condom or Female can use condom while sex.

Many are not familiar with Female condoms.
Female Condoms are more safe than male condoms.
But female condoms are more costly and is less available. Its actively promoted only in a few countries. Hope it will be actively promoted whole over the world soon.

For All Upcoming Suiciders.......

Suicide has now become a regular fashion among young girls. Those who have everything and healthy commit suicide. But the reason is mental depression due to some problems in their life. Life is full of challenges... Hats off to all those who overcome these challenges by facing it and  still continuing their life throwing away suicide from their minds. Anyway what i am pointing to is, there are many problems in this world and the security guards are busy behind all types of cases. Now, to all upcoming suiciders.. Please understand that nothing is Impossible in your Life. Face it, One or other , somehow you will have a way. God has given you life. Dont destroy it. Live it till God feels life is enough for you  and take it back from you. If you people dont know or could not find any other way than suiciding, please do it. But on One condition.... Do it after writing the reason in detail in a piece of paper. Those who read should completely understand your problem. I told you to write this because you people die and take rest from that moment. At the same time many become restless. And complaints will come from many sides blaming each other. To avoid this please do what i say Then commit suicide... so that no one will blame each other. Everyone will know the truth and could avoid many problems....

Life changes within seconds....

One day i was going on my bike.. My mind was always ready for a challenge or anything strange. Many people have bad experiences on dropping a stranger from one place to another. Many of them had bad experiences such that the stranger was a thief and have showed him knife or any weapon and the stranger will take away all his valuables. I thought if i get such an experience, "what will I do???" 
     Suddenly a man showed his hand and asked me to drop him at the next point. As the point he said was on my way i told him to enter the bike and we started traveling. After sometime he kept his knife behind me and asked to stop the vehicle. I was wondered, But i didn't lose my confidence or raise my tension. I stopped my vehicle slowly and back punched him on his face with my arms. And suddenly i jumped out of the vehicle and hit him and kicked him, he also tried to attack me. His one kick on my leg was really painful. Finally I defeated him. And by the time police and other people reached there. I handed over the culprit to the police.
I was on air at that time. Public was looking at me, the smart young man. Police thanked me, Inspector came near me and said."Well done my boy. You are really a Hero".
 What a situation?? I walked in a stylish way as all superstars do in films after fight and entered my bike. Suddenly a call from my behind. It was my dad. When i turned back to look at him everything surrounding me became white, then black, i closed and opened my eyes, I saw my dad in my bedroom in front of me shouting, "Its already 8. WAKE UP!!". I looked my dad with a smile and my mind was telling silently," You are shouting to a Hero".

Even if it didn't happen really and was all a dream i became a hero in my dream.
Who else will dream about me as a hero??? We should do our own duty.. Right???

An Interview At Ernakulam

In this interview i understood the Bad effects of not studying for VIVA in college...

I went for an interview at kochi in global Infotech.
they need software engineers.....
for the interview, he asked me theory questions....
i couldnt answer cos i know to do the program tats all...
i dont know any theory questions...
as usual wat i did for viva i did there...
had a great smile and said dont know
he told its difficult to advance to higher stages....
so u should study theory part.....

intrvr : will the training will do any progress in ur theory part...
me: sure sir, of course

after all he said, he will call me within monday if selected....

finally i asked before leaving... 
"Sir, Where will be my posting sir?"

The first, and the last exam of my college life.

We didnt study anything for the last exam...
The difference is that for the 1st exam of  1st series  in college life i was confused to write which question to score high marks...i know all the answers of all questions...i felt why only 4questions out of 6 at that time???? i could write all 6.

The last series last exam i was confused to write which question to get atleast 1 mark for the paper...
why 6 questions and only 4 questions to answer....not even a single answer i know.

And finally we looked each other.....
1st series no time to look out of answer paper....getting a lot of xtra sheets from the teachers....
last series no time to look at answer paper......only facing sheet...
finally wrote half page gas....

And tied that single paper with twine and went off the exam hall.
For that paper I got 1 mark....

Know About 654.....

All my friends and all those who hear my mail id or my blogs name will just think for a second about the "654".
I too don't know how it came, but it came unexpectedly, but now its related to many parts of my life.
On creating a yahoo mail id i couldn't find a user name available which i like. ram123, ram456, ram 012, etc were used. Finally i decided to reverse the number. i put it 654. I got the user name for yahoo with 654.
I opened gmail account with 654.
When i bought a sim for my mobile i got the no: ****654***
this is similar to.

ramu654@gmail.com

See the similarities. I am lucky to get 654 into my life. I expect  more things to come from 654. I am waiting for that..

A Different Thought, My own Way !!!

We always point a thing using our fore finger. When we argue or talk very boldly we point with that finger and talk. Many people say that when you point one finger remember that the other 3 fingers are pointing towards you. That is 3 fingers are opposing you.
My thought :: I always think that my forefinger which I point is emerging over all the forces opposing by the other3 fingers  and dominates...
