I was forced to bunk my class during my engineering...

It was during my second year of Bachelor’s degree. After the poor performance in first year exams, me and my friend decided to work hard to perform well in the 3rd semester exam. We attended all the classes. There was lack of Electrical teachers in college. So we didn’t had Electrical classes for a long time. One day a new teacher came. She was so strict. She had to finish the portions as well as teach us effectively, just to impress everyone on her first attempt.
She taught us, asked questions every day, she never went on leave even for a half day. She used to ask us 3 or 4 times whether we understood the topics or not. She was ready to clear all the doubts. To finish portions she took 2 or 3 hours on some days. It was horrible. She was very strict while asking questions. If we didn’t answer  her questions, our marks were reduced or attendance were cut. Somehow me and my friend managed to answer her questions correctly. She was really impressed with us. When we regularly answered her questions, she started avoiding questions with us. We were asked questions only once in a week. We were happy and the classes were going smooth for us.
During class test our marks went low. Parent’s started questioning. I told my parents that it was me who didn’t study. Classes were good & teacher taught us well. On Parent - Teachers meeting, when my dad asked her about my performance, she said that I was very attentive in class, answered  all questions, but she saw nothing on my answer paper. She was really upset. My dad wanted the teacher to take too much care of my studies & he wanted the teacher to be very strict with me. His over performance made him tell the teacher, this manipulated statement, “ My son always say that the he didn’t understand anything you taught.”  I was shocked to hear that. What my dad told? Was that a dream? No... My highly volt mind went fuse out. I was thinking to get out of the scene. I was really irritated by the staring by other parents on me. I couldn’t look on my teacher’s face. I looked at my dad’s face helplessly and told in my mind, “You have spoiled everything”.  I tried to make the teacher understand the truth. But she didn’t believe. I felt like she lost all impression with me.
The next day, I told my friend about the meeting. My mind was fully thinking of cutting the class. But my friend wouldn’t allow it. After a few minutes, he said “ So the teacher will surely ask you question. If you don’t say the answer, the next aim will be me.” I was sad that my friend too got in trap. He asked something to me. My upset mind didn’t hear it. I heard it the second time when he asked, “Can we bunk the class?” Fuse out mind of mine went charged up. It was high volt to face whatever comes on our way. There after we haven’t entered any of  her class. We bought some snacks and went to the nearby ground and spent our time there for the rest of Electrical class that semester.
No doubts or confusions, we failed for  the semester exams in electrical.

My google doodle - India Independence day 2012

Aug 15 2012,
I am here in Netherlands today, first time outside India on Independence day. I woke up late at 9am. It was 12.30pm in India. I was so eager to check out the google doodle at India. I found a doodle with national bird peacock representing G and google written in saffron color.

But i was not satisfied with the doodle. I would like to add the Indian flag too on the doodle. So I was thinking to edit it. Even though i am not an expert in designing or with ms paint. I made a rough work on the doodle. I called upon Banglore google office to make my suggestion. They were not even interested to hear a suggestion and they cut my phone. So i thought of making this publish through my blog and I also posted in Facebook where all my friends will see it. Thanks to facebook for that.

I am happy now that I could contribute something on Independence day for my India. Here is the google doodle which i made a rough work.

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY...

Thank God,

With love, From Netherlands....

I am proud to write my blog for the first time from outside India, from a beautiful place, Netherlands. And I am now in Groningen city. Its been 3 days i am here in Netherlands. Its a wonderful peace and calm place. A small city with  a lot of students, studying & working part time.

City streets filled with old buildings, long buses moving throughout. We could see only a few cars running. Most of the people prefer to walk or use bicycle. That makes healthy people with regular exercise. All cars & buses stop for the people crossing the road where there is no traffic signal. Pet dogs enjoy the mornings and evenings at the park walking with their master.Always there is a cold wind breezing throughout the city streets. People enjoy in summer always. People spent their time standing in sun.

I could see people standing in sun with their pet cats. On a sunny day, the open roof hotels stand on demand. They are filled with people with a cup of coffee and snacks. They take their time no to finish the coffee, but spent in sun.

There is separate track for pedestrians, separate tracks or cycling and then comes road in the middle. At every corner I could see cycle parking area where everyone can lock their cycles. I went to the Town land which is a shop of full of flowers, and all gardening accessories, all pet accessories, aquarium accessories and some house hold items. Everywhere the food stalls and apparel stalls remain demanded. There is a system in every shop which never get collapse.
Some houses lie in center of big farm lands, which I enjoyed all the way from Amsterdam to Groningen by train.

Once in a lifetime you should visit Netherlands. Never miss such  wonderful place.

Thank God
